The Alamo Colleges welcomes you to Alamo GPS, an easy to use web based degree audit and academic advisement tool designed to enhance the advisement process for our students and advisors. We believe you will find Alamo GPS to be a powerful tool to assist you with reaching your academic goals.
You can access your Alamo GPS audit from any computer with Internet access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the ACES Portal. When you log-in to your ACES portal account click on “Degree Audit”.
The Alamo GPS system is a roadmap which provides you with details about the courses and requirements you have taken and those which are still required for graduation. An extensive, interactive help file is available to help you understand your audit information. Once you have accessed your audit, click on the DWHelp button available on the upper right hand corner of the audit screen.
