June 25 Payment Deadline
for Fall 16 weeks, Flex 1 & II
(if registered between May 30 to June 25)
You can pay in full in ACES or set up an installment plan. If you are on Financial Aid, money must be listed in ACES under th
e semester enrolled. Financial Aid funds will credit 10 days prior to the first class day. If you still have a balance, EVEN WITH Financial Aid, you MUST make payment arrangements so your courses won't be dropped.
If you are already on an installment plan, follow that plan's payment deadlines.
If you do not have a Financial Aid award in your ACES account, you should check STUDENT REQUIREMENTS to determine if any application documents are incomplete or are not yet processed. If an award is not listed, you must make payment arrangements with the Business Office when you register to avoid the registration drop. Refer to the Student Financial Aid website at

PAYING TUTION IN FULL
1. Login to the ACES portal https://aces.alamo.edu
2. Select Student.
3. Select Web Services.
4. Select Student and Financial Aid.
5. Select Student Account.
6. Select Account Summary to review your account balance.
7. To make a payment, select Make a Payment.
