Alamo Colleges Hosts "Mujeres Lideres De Hoy" Leadership Workshop for Women

Women seeking to develop their leadership skills and strategies for personal and professional success are invited to attend "Mujeres Lideres De Hoy," a week of workshops to be offered August 4-8 at the El Tropicano Riverwalk Hotel, 110 Lexington Avenue, in downtown San Antonio. Hosted by the Alamo Colleges' Office of International Programs, the workshops, which will be delivered in Spanish, will cover topics such as:

• Creating a balanced personal and professional life
• The art of negotiating
• Networking
• Creating your personal vision
• Branding

The event will also feature a diverse panel of successful women sharing their personal secrets to success. During the panel participants will have the opportunity to explore women's roles as leaders in a variety of fields, including government, education and entrepreneurship.
