Alexia Nadler is a native of San Antonio and daughter to the International Baker of the Year and Co-Founder of Nadler’s Bakery & Delicatessen. Alexia has been involved with Nadler’s Bakery & Delicatessen for 47 of the 50 years it has been in business. You can literally say she was “born into the business”. Alexia knew since her kindergarten years that her heart was in the family business. She did venture out and work in other businesses such as Broadway National Bank, First City Bank, SeaWorld of San Antonio and various catering companies, but knew her roots belong to the Bakery. She is a graduate of the University of the Incarnate Word and has served on the Business Advisory Board of UIW as well as served as the Director and President of the Greater Southwest Retail Bakers Association. She is currently a member of the San Antonio Restaurant Association, Texas Restaurant Association, Greater Southwest Retail Bakers Association, & RPIA Association. She is newly married to Mr. Isaac Mendez and has 3 beautiful children Andre (13), Alexa (7), and Ari (5).
