The Alamo Colleges, in partnership with Floresville Independent School District, Floresville Economic Development Foundation, the City of Floresville, and Workforce Solutions Alamo have worked together in bringing our community college services to Floresville!  This facility was opened as an avenue for Floresville area residents to attain entry-level skills or increase technical skills, and to connect to jobs or higher education opportunities.

What does the Alamo Colleges Floresville Center have to offer?

• Short-term workforce training programs that connect residents to emerging jobs in demand occupations.
• College academic core courses (such as science, math, humanities)
• Pre-Professional courses (such as health occupations, biosciences, information technology)
• Occupational training (such as certified nurses aide, team assembler, medical assistant, carpenters, food service certification and many more.
• ESL Classes, GED Classes (in either English or Spanish), Bilingual education
• Summer Youth programs
• FREE Training opportunities
•  External scholarships as well as Alamo Colleges scholarship opportunities available to qualifying students
