About Us

Intramurals Sports

Intramural Sports provides structured, competitive and non-competitive activities for men, women, and co-ed teams. Participation in these activities is open to students, staff, and faculty and does not require intensive training or a high degree of skills. Intramural Sports is about getting involved in physical fitness activities; interacting with friends; enriching friendships; but most importantly having FUN.

Extramural Sports

The purpose of Extramural Sports is to provide the student-athlete of Palo Alto College an opportunity to participate in an athletic program which exposes the student-athlete to a higher level of competition. The mission of this organized and structured program is to develop an academically successful student-athlete by providing a coaching/training environment that encourages the development of strong character, enhances leadership skills and promotes sportsmanship.
