How does GoPrint work?
- Create an account.
- If student is a new user, under the Sign Up, student will type in his or her email address. Preferable ACEs Email address ex. jdoe@student.alamo.edu
- Create Your Account window will appear.
- Login ID
- First Name
- Last Name
- Password
- Confirm password
- Click Create
- Sign In To Your Account
- Account ID
- Pin (Password)
*If a student forgot his or her password or email, clicking the ‘forgot password’ link and the ‘forgot email’ link will help the student retrieve his or her information.
- Adding Value to Your Account
- Click on the Add Value box on the right hand side of the screen
- For Credit Cards [Open Lab]: Minimum deposit of $2.00
- For Cash Machine [CCC]: Minimum $1.00 –You must have an existing account—
- Enter required Credit Card information on the TouchNet screen
- Click Continue and a confirmation page will appear
- Select My Print Job tab to return to printing page
