Like rural schoolhouses, community colleges are frequently the first educational outposts in underserved areas which lead to a path to economic independence and social stability.
The commitment to the restoration of the Lower Valley School is symbolic of the role Northeast Lakeview College plays as a leader in quality education.
Through the Ring the Texas School Bell campaign, Northeast Lakeview College seeks $500,000 for the restoration of the Lower Valley School District #33 (1877-1966). The College with the assistance and guidance of ten community members are currently reaching out to individuals, businesses and foundations to support the restoration of the Lower Valley School
Numerous naming opportunities are available and gifts in the form of financial support and in-kind services and materials are accepted. Pledges paid over a three-year period can also be made. All gifts are tax deductible.
We invite the community to support this unique project.
