Teaching Philosophy:

My Teaching Philosophy is to ultimately promote healthy integrative discussions that will provide food for thought. As a Nutritionist, I will encourage you to ask what you eat and why you eat it.

Why I became a Biologist:

Eating to Live or Living to Eat – in both cases you have to take the right food choices! Only a career in Nutrition has helped me eat right while enabling me to guide others as well.

Recommendations for student success in my courses:

Pay attention in class, ask questions and study the provided course material.

What’s great about the Biology department at San Antonio College?

The Biology department is Interdisciplinary; all instructors are easily approachable and care for student’s success.

What is my schedule?
