Frequently Asked Questions about your Alamo Cash Card
For a schedule of disbursements, go to the Alamo Colleges website.
• Access the Business Office under the Admissions tab
• Go to Refund Schedules under General Information
• Click on the semester (i.e., Summer 2012)
• Download the Alamo Cash Card Disbursement Schedule
If you received notification that you were due a refund and you have not received your card or funds have not been posted to your account, contact the Acceluraid Customer Care Center @ 1-866-678-7535:
DO NOT press “1” to select English . . . follow prompt to “Stay on the Line”
DO NOT press “2” to select Spanish
Press “0” to report card lost or stolen . . .
You will be connected to Customer Service
If you did not receive a refund notification, and your ACES Financial Aid account shows a refund due, contact your campus business office @
