San Antonio College is currently accepting applications for the 2014 Summer EDGE Program. Applications will be accepted through April 28, 2014.

The program is designed for high school juniors and seniors, but any high school student may apply. Students have the opportunity to gain college level math credits in algebra, pre-calculus and calculus; student development and/or intro to engineering credit. Students will participate in field trips, hands-on labs and other STEM (science, technology, math and engineering) activities, compete in team robotic competitions and learn about the different fields of engineering.

The program will run June 9 through July 17, 2014. Space is limited so start the application process early. Admission is based on student qualifications, college placement tests and application statements. Acceptance announcements will begin May 9.
