President Follins Engages With the College Community

Dr. Craig T. Follins is finishing up his first week as president of Northeast Lakeview College.  He spent part of his week walking the campus, getting to know “the lay of the land,” and meeting faculty, staff, and students.

Follins sent a special hello message to the college community and as part of that message, he says “ you will see me out and about on campus a lot as my style is to engage our campus constituents wherever and whenever possible. Please feel free to be inquisitive as I will want to chat and share my vision for NLC.” Dr. Follins has an extensive background in workforce programs and also has educational leadership experience at both large and small community colleges across the country. He is data- driven and wants to focus on listening, learning, and analyzing to make informed decisions.

Dr. Follins officially began his position as NLC president on March 24.
