Neal Armstrong, Vice Provost & Professor Emeritus with the Department of Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering,
Cockrell School of Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin discussed assessment with several members of the Northeast Lakeview College leadership team on May 27. The discussion focused on the assessment of academic programs and taking assessment from theory to practice.

Armstrong’s expertise include Environmental and Water Resources Engineering and his technical interest is water quality management.
