About the Discipline
Option A
This Associate of Arts in Teaching is designed for students pursuing certification in Early Childhood (EC)-6, 4-8, and EC-12. Early Childhood Degree Specialization is not offered. Students in the program will gain an understanding of curriculum instruction and teaching to special populations. A field experience is also a requirement of this program.
Option B
This Associate of Arts in Teaching is designed for students pursuing certification in 8-12 and Other EC-12. Students in the program will gain an understanding of curriculum instruction and teaching to special populations. A field experience is also a requirement of this program.
