In an effort to provide college personnel and students an opportunity to complete their educational goals, the Testing Center is available for use to administer Instructor make-up exams at designated times listed below.

The Testing Center offers reasonable accommodations for students with disabilities by providing the following services:

  • Document Conversion (alternate print formats)
  • Computer Technology assistance
  • Reader/Scribe
  • Extra time/ability to split up sittings


Instructors must fill out an Exam Information Form per student and submit it at least 24 hours in advance. Students are required to present a picture ID at the time of the test.

INSTRUCTOR EXAM SCHEDULE for Spring 2017 (January 17 - May 12, 2017)

Monday -Wednesday:  walk-in start time 8:00am ; end time of testing 4:30pm

 Thursday:  walk-in start time 8:00am ; end time of testing 6:30pm

Friday:  walk-in start time 1:00pm ; end time of testing 4:30pm

NOTE: Schedule is based on a walk-in basis; all exams must be completed by end times listed above.



Everyone taking an exam will be required
to put all unapproved items in a locker.

This includes purses, book bags, laptops,
cell phones, books, etc.

These items will not be allowed in testing rooms.

A limited number of lockers are available
and lockers are not guaranteed.

The Testing Center is not responsible
for holding items while testing.

We ask that you make arrangements for any unapproved items.

Effective April 21, 2017 only limited services will be provided on Friday mornings from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the Cypress Campus Center lobby:

- ApplyTexas Assistance

- FAFSA Assistance

- Help with uploading Bacterial Meningitis documentation

- Document Intake: Transcripts, Add/Drop forms, Residency, Biographical Update Forms, etc.

- General Testing Information

 Full services will resume at 1:00 PM for Testing, Records, and Vista Central: Admissions & Welcome Center.

Exam Requirements

Unapproved items are not allowed in testing rooms (this includes purses, cell phones, books, etc.). It is advised that you leave these items in a safe place while testing. Coin return lockers (quarter) are available on a first come first serve basis, and are not guaranteed. Testing staff is not responsible for holding items and you will not be allowed to test with any unapproved items in testing room.

Photo ID is required for all exams.

All exams must be completed in one sitting and by end of scheduled test times. If you require special accommodations, please visit the Access Office.
