Registration and Payment

If your child already has an established identification (student ID #) in our NVC system, you can now register online. The student ID # is one of the following:
- Child’s Social Security Number*
- Child’s Student Identification Number (SID) from the college
*Please do not use the parent’s social security number.

Complete the registration form and pay online with MASTERCARD, VISA, or American Express.
Register in Person:
Register at the Community Education Office, Mountain Laurel Hall, Room 237. You may pay on campus with cash, check, MASTERCARD, VISA, or American Express at the Business Office located in Cypress Campus Center, Room 105 (CCC-105).

Payment for Classes:
Please make payments for classes at least one week prior to class start date. Early registration prevents a class from being cancelled due to low enrollment and secures a place in the class of your choice. Classes with low enrollment are generally cancelled prior to the scheduled start date.
Completing the registration form and presenting it does not constitute enrollment. Payment ensures enrollment at least one week before class.
Refund Policy: Per Alamo colleges district policy, students in Continuing Education classes may receive a 100% refund before the first day of class. After the first day of class, no refund will be provided.
