Academic Dismissal Petitions for 1st and 2nd Dismissals
Only students on a first academic dismissal will be eligible to petition for the summer semester. Petitions for the summer semester will be accepted accepted through May 31st
3 or more Academic Dismissals
Students with 3 or more academic dismissals will need to complete their packet, and submit via email to be reviewed by a committee. Please review the petition carefully. Make sure to read and understand all eligibility requirements prior to submitting.

Progress Reports (Maps- Mid-Term Accountability Plans)
If you are on continued academic probation following an Academic Dismissal, you are required to submits Mid Term Accountability Plans ( MAPS) to an advisor. These should be submitted halfway through the semester ( between week 8-10 of class). You will not be able to register for any subsequent semester until you have turned in MAPS or your final grades post. MAPS must be turned in prior to the start of registration for the following semester. MAPS will not be accepted after registration begins. Student who have not turned in the required MAPS prior to the start of registration will need to wait until final grades post in order to register.
