Northwest Vista College recognizes the importance of organized student organizations as an integral component of the total educational experience of the student. NVC students have the opportunity for membership in cultural, recreational, religious, governance, honor, social, political, and service organizations. Student organizations offer opportunities to enhance students academic and social life on campus!

Important Dates:

Involvement Fair - September 9-10, 2015
In CCC 121/122 11am - 2pm both days

One of the responsibilities as an NVC club is to represent your club at the fair!  Please have one of your officers RSVP your participation with Kelly Blanco kblanco@alamo.edu

Inter-Club Council (ICC) - Third Tuesday of each month 
In MZH Innovation Center 2nd floor 5pm-6:30

To Start or Maintain a Registered Student Organization (RSO):

1. Advisors and Officers complete the Registered Student Organization (RSO) Training and print their certificate

2. The Club President (or other designated officer) submits the Registration Application (w appropriate RSO training certificates)

3. Returning Clubs must maintain their status by re-registering every semester by the following deadlines:  SPRING=2/15, FALL=9/15

4. New Clubs may register at any time during the Spring and Fall semesters

After we process your Registration Application we will notify the officers and advisors (via school email) regarding your registration status. Once your club is approved you may then submit applications for meetings, activities, events, etc. ALL club activities must be approved by our office.

ALL correspondence will be sent to your school email! Please check it frequently for information regarding your club, as well as other Alamo Colleges activities and events!
