An Academic grievance is defined to include unjust treatment by a college official (faculty) including misconduct or a condition the student believes to be unfair, inequitable, discriminatory, or a hindrance to the student’s education progress. Use the link above to obtain the Academic Grievance form. The form should be completed and submitted to the faulty member and/or Academic Chair within 10 days of incident.
A non-academic grievance is used when there is clear and convincing evidence that a college official (Staff) has treated a student unfairly through forms of discrimination, abuse and/or harassment (non gender based). Use the link above to obtain a Non-Academic Grievance form. Complete the form and submit to the area supervisor where incident occurred.
