 The NVC Learning to Lead program is designed to provide free opportunities for NVC Students to further enhance their leadership and professional development skills

These skills are vital in your educational, professional and personal experiences.  Through this program, you are able to participate in both face-to-face trainings as well as online trainings.

   You will receive credit in your co-curricular transcript for any trainings you complete and if you would like, you may apply for one of the three Tier Learning to Lead certificates below:

 

 

Tier 1 Certification: NVC Students will complete:

-10 hours of leadership and professional development trainings/opportunities

-Pre-assessment

-Resume

 

 Tier 2 Certification: NVC Students will complete:

-Tier 1 certificate complete

 -15 hours of leadership and professional development trainings/opportunities

 -5 hours of community service

 -Post assessment

 -Post-resume

 

 Tier 3 Certification: NVC Students will complete:

-Tier 1 and Tier 2 certificates completed

-20 hours of leadership and professional development/opportunities

-5 hours of community service

-10 hours of an internship in their field of study

-Post assessment

-Post resume
