Printing Available for Students and Guests

With Palo Alto College IT Services GoPrint, students and guests can access an available printer and print directly to a local printing station at designated computer labs on campus.

Create an Account (Sign up)

  1. In the Sign Up dialog box, type in your personal or PAC student email address
  2. In the Create Your Account area, input the following:
    • Login ID [Note: This will be your Username after you create your account. Guests are encouraged to use their email. If you are a student, then we recommend using your ACES login ID or Banner ID.]
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Password [Must be at least 3 characters long]
    • Confirm Password
  3. Click Create

Sign In To Your Account

If you a returning user, or have recently created an account, input the following:

  • Account ID
  • Password*

*If you forget your password or email, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ to retrieve your information.

Add Value Using A Credit Card:

  1. Click on the Add Value box on the right-hand side of the screen
  2. Enter a dollar amount [Note: Minimum $2 and you must have an existing account to use this feature.]
  3. Enter required credit card information on the TouchNet screen
  4. Click Continue and a confirmation page will appear

Add Value Using Cash:

Visit Academic Learning Studio, located at the Help Desk in Ozuna 150, and deposit cash at the Add Value machine following the instructions on the cash-to-account machine.

[Note: Hit the “Refresh” icon on the upper, right-hand corner of the screen.]

Complete Print Process

  1. In the Print Jobs window, select the document titles to print
  2. View Total under Transaction Summary
  3. Click Pay and Print
  4. Log out of your computer, when complete
  5. Don’t forget to pick up your prints from the printer.
