Ability levels vary from swimmers who have high school swimming experience to athletes wanting to learn competitive strokes, flip turns, and the technical aspects of the sport. Swimmers are grouped by ability and experience for workouts, and are offered the opportunity to swim competitively in area Master’s swim meets. There is a friendly, helpful, and competitive environment at all workouts welcoming those of all abilities.
