Dr. Beatriz Joseph earned her Ed.D. from the University of Georgia and since May 2008 was Assistant District Director of Institutional Research, Effectiveness and Planning for the Alamo Colleges. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University and a Master's in Management Studies from the University of Waikato in New Zealand. As Vice President of College Services, her administrative areas of responsibility at PAC include budgeting, Public Relations, Information Technology, Institutional Research, Institutional Advancement, and the Instructional Innovation Center.
She has taught marketing, advertising and management courses at the collegiate level. In Georgia, she was promoted from Director to Vice President of Institutional Research and Planning at Georgia Military College and then became Director of Academic Program Assessment at the University of South Alabama in Mobile. Dr. Joseph is the mother of two teen-age sons, and her husband is a faculty member in the Greehey School of Business at St. Mary's University. She enjoys reading and traveling.
