SAC Speech Team brings home awards

 The SAC Speech Team is once again nationally ranked  among community college teams. The team finished in fifth place among the small division schools at the Phi Rho Pi National Speech Tournament,  April 15-20 in Woodland Hills, CA.

The SAC team consists of Rebecca Henry, Eric Shafer, Wendy Olivares, Nathan Prince and Kirk Cox.  This group of five brought home many awards, memories and experiences.   Rebecca Henry also won a fellowship award, selected and voted on by her peers at the tournament.

The team is coached by SAC instructor Jolinda Ramsey.
