Students Activated for Hurricane Relief

For students who are National Guard members, reservists, or active duty and who have been activated to assist with Hurricane Harvey relief efforts, San Antonio College thanks you for your service to our fellow Texans. We will make every effort to accommodate you. Please contact the Office of the Vice President for Student Success at 210-486-1410 or 486-0932 or via email at sac-vpss@alamo.edu. We will collect your information so a staff member can work with faculty to determine the best solution for each unique student’s need. Depending upon the duration of deployment, we have several opportunities for students to begin later in the Fall 2017 semester. Your academic success continues to be our highest priority.

Please note that if concerned family members would like to contact us on behalf of your loved one who has been deployed, we will be happy to take the student’s information to begin exploring options. Once the student is able to contact us directly, we will have prepared suggested options to support them in the pursuit of their academic goals.

Thank you to all of our service members who are being called to duty during this time. We appreciate all that you are doing to safeguard our local communities. Please be safe, and our thoughts are with you and your families.
