St. Philip’s College will observe the 2013 Black History Month with a lineup of seven free events and one paid event Feb. 1-29, beginning with an opening ceremony February 5 at 9 a.m. in the Heritage Room of the Campus Center building at the college’s MLK Campus at 1801 Martin Luther King Drive.
