Kinesiology is the study of human movement. Students can take individual classes for their personal mind and body development or pursue an Associates of Arts degree plan. The activity service program is designed to allow all students to develop their physical skills and enrich their health-related knowledge.

Associates of Arts degree plan can be the stepping stone towards a wide variety of careers: teaching health and physical education, coaching, athletic training, personal training, recreation specialist, physical and occupational therapy and a host of other health professions. Additional advanced coursework is necessary for entry into these careers.

Look at Our Equipment!

Take a virtual tour of the Health and Fitness Center and view the different equipment available to students registered for KINE classes and during open gym hours. See the Health & Fitness Center's Flickr gallery.
