What is New Student Orientation?

New Student Orientation is designed to introduce students to college leadership, highlight college programs and services, motivate students to make a successful transition to college life, and orient students to the campus.

Orientation Program
Location: MLK – Watson Fine Arts Center Theatre | SWC – Bldg 1 - Cafetorium
Time: 9:00am – 11:00am

Program will consist of the following: Administration Welcome, Student Government, Financial Awareness, Follett Bookstore and Tiger Café hours and information, and TIGER P.A.S.S (Promoting Access for Student Success).

Campus Expo
Location: MLK – Heritage Room | SWC – Bldg 1 Crossroads
Time: 11:00am – 1:00pm

The “Expo” consists of departments showcasing unique campus programs and services along with various student organizations.
