Students who are eligible to use Alamo GPS will automatically have access through ACES. Students accepted to or enrolled in the Alamo Colleges who do not have access should contact enrollment services or the welcome center for assistance.
Advisor access is coordinated through IT security. For quick access to Alamo GPS, complete the Banner 8 Fundamentals training available online through ACES and follow the Banner access procedures under Banner Request Form & Instructions . For additional access information, employees may contact their department supervisor or secretary.

Complete and Submit the Banner Access Request Form. For quick access, request the Faculty user role. To request additional roles, follow the authorization process designed for the user role you are requesting.
