Employee engagement is ranked among the best in the nation on the Personal Assessment of the College Environment survey conducted by the National Initiative for Institutional Leadership & Effectiveness (NILIE) 

Each year, faculty and staff participate in an Annual Employee Giving Campaign, donating to the United Way or Alamo Colleges Foundation scholarships and programs. Employees together with students, also volunteer their time and skills throughout the community supporting a variety of organizations.
