WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU VISIT
Our campus tours are approximately forty-five minutes to an hour in length and
consist of a walk-through of our beautiful campus and various academic
buildings. Tours are led by Welcome Center staff members (Professional or student staff) or Wildcat Tour Tracker volunteers (current NVC students). NVC tour guides will provide you with a candid view of campus,
covering our history and student life, as well as program offerings and student services. Please note that formal
presentations are not a part of these tours. Should you have specific questions about services or programs after
your tour, your tour guide will happily connect you with the appropriate staff member who can assist

A CAMPUS TOUR
INDIVIDUAL TOURS (1-2 accompanying guests permitted)
Individual tours for Summer 2015 will be conducted June 8th through July 30th and will be offered by request only. No tours will be conducted during the month of August due to it being a peak Enrollment Services period.
Please email your request to email@example.com or contact our Campus Tour staff directly at 210-486-4295 or 210-486-4743. Please note that tours are subject to staffing availability and will be conducted during the mornings when scheduled. Additionally, tours will not be offered on Fridays due to the campus being closed.
GROUP VISITS (groups of 10-50 students)
Group tours for Summer 2015 will be conducted June 8th through July 30th and will be offered by request only. No tours will be conducted during the month of August due to it being a peak Enrollment Services period.
Organizations or schools interested in a group tour should send their request
via email to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to making visit arrangements.
Group tours are scheduled on a first-come-first-served basis and requests should be made at least two weeks in advance to secure availability. When submitting your email request, please include the following: your organization name, point of contact name and number, desired visit day and time, and
the size of your group. A Welcome Center staff member will then contact you to arrange your tour and provide confirmation details.
