Records and Transcripts
Requesting a Transcript
Students should allow 5-7 business days for the transcript requests to be processed.
Transcripts are NOT printed on campus. All transcripts are printed and mailed from an off-site location after a request is made. For this reason, it is not possible to pick up a transcript in person on the same day of a request.
Please contact Parchment at the Parchment Help Center if request is not processed in seven (7) business days.
Sending a Transcript
All official transcripts may be mailed to:
Palo Alto College
ATTN: Enrollment Services
1400 W. Villaret Blvd.

Transcripts must be unopened and sealed in their original envelope to be accepted for admission. Official transcripts can be received through an official electronic receipt (i.e., Parchment, E-script, etc.) or hand delivered to Rio Grande Building Room 105A.
