A center for educational excellence, Northeast Lakeview College combines innovative classroom instruction with hands-on experience to provide exemplary enrichment opportunities. As the newest community college in the nation, we provide a variety of degree plans, flexible course schedules, and a small, student-focused environment.
Northeast Lakeview College currently serves about 6,000 students from the ten Metrocom Communities and northeast San Antonio – including Bexar, Comal, and Guadalupe Counties. The College continues to grow rapidly.
Northeast Lakeview College History
Northeast Lakeview College was constructed as a direct result of the 2005 bond election. As the newest institution in the Alamo Colleges District, Northeast Lakeview College houses approximately 370,000 square feet of academic space. Located at Loop 1604 and Kitty Hawk, Rd, it sits on 267 acres and enrolls more than 5,000 students, from Bexar, Comal, and Guadalupe Counties.
