About Dr. Patrick Mackey

Dr. Patrick Mackey is a distinguished combat war veteran of the United States Air Force, where he dedicated 22 years of service and achieved the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. With extensive experience in logistics, he excelled as the Chief Enlisted Manager, overseeing critical operations and fostering efficiency within his teams of over 1,000 employees. While serving in the military, Dr. Mackey earned a doctorate in business and a master's degree in leadership, equipping him with the academic foundation to complement his practical expertise. He has taught in academia at the college level for over 10 years.

A Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Dr. Mackey is committed to continuous improvement and innovation in organizational processes. His passion lies in transforming traditional learning environments into hands-on, engaging spaces that enhance education across disciplines.

As a devoted father of five, he finds joy in home improvement projects, always striving to create a better living space for his family. Dr. Mackey’s blend of military discipline, academic knowledge, and personal dedication to family and community makes him a remarkable leader and advocate for educational change.
