About Rebbecca Guevara

I grew up in rural Michigan in a family of General Motors line workers. My academic journey began in high school when I attended a small community college and discovered my passion for mathematics. I later transferred to Central Michigan University, where I earned both a B.S. and an M.A. in Mathematics. For over 10 years, I have taught mathematics at the collegiate level, primarily within the Texas higher education system.

On a personal note, I recently moved to San Antonio after getting married. My family, which once consisted of just one kid, has since expanded to include a husband and five dogs. I am an avid fan of science fiction and horror novels, shows, and movies. I also enjoy martial arts and dance, and I hope to return to one of them soon.
