Tabling Kits

Watch for information about Tabling Kits that the college areas and departments can use when they have outreach events. The kits will likely include NVC branded items such as tablecloths, backdrops, or retractable banners.

We are currently surveying the college needs and working to order and assemble the kits.

Tablecloth Purchases

All tablecloth purchases must have the official NVC logo. No other text or design elements should be used. When using another vendor’s design, fill out the MarComm Request Form to have the logo use approved before allowing the vendor to go print.

Backdrops and Banners

NVC MarComm can design step-and-repeat backdrops, banners, and retractable stands/banners, and other kinds of portable, temporary signage for your program or department outreach needs.

All designs include the NVC logo and may include the most recent district tagline or marketing campaign graphics.

When using another designer, fill out the MarComm Request Form to have the logo use approved before allowing the vendor to go print.

Reminder
If orders don’t have the logo use approved and are printed incorrectly, the purchasing department may need to discard the item, go through the approval process, and reorder the item.

Technology, Tables/Chairs, and Other College Resources

To request college resources, use the Footprints request or Facilities request form. Links can be found on the NVC Employees website.
