What is the accounting program?

Accountants communicate critical financial information to company stakeholders and ensure that businesses are run efficiently and effectively. The demand for accountants is growing and is expected to continue this growth into the foreseeable future.

Accounting Program Highlights

The two accounting courses transfer into the Bachelor of Business Administration at the Universities for those majoring in Accounting, Finance, General Business, International Business, Management, and Marketing. 

Accounting Career Areas & Employment Positions

Once students earn the Bachelor of Business Administration degree, they may find employment in a plethora of business environments, such as construction, government, tourism, insurance, oil and gas companies, accounting companies, law firms and others.

Once students have earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, they may find entry level positions as accountants, auditors, budget analysts, entrepreneurs, entry level FBI, CIA and other government positions, insurance agents, loan officers, managers, marketers, management/business analysts, tax accountants, and many others.
