Nurse Aide

The St. Philip’s College Nurse Aide program is approved by Texas Health and Human Services and the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board to award a Certificate of Completion in Nurse Aide.

Licensure:

Upon completion of this program, students qualify to be placed on the Texas Nurse Aide Registry.

THECB Statutory Requirement

Criminal background check, application, and immunization records are required for admission to the program.

Application submissions should be sent 3 months before the start of the new Cohort.

Students will be notified of acceptance to the program approximately one month prior to the start of the Cohort.
