Transcripts and Enrollment Verification

Submit official transcripts from previous schools digitally, by mail, or in-person. Transcripts must be submitted sealed or directly to SAC from your previous institution to be considered official documents.

  Students may submit official, sealed transcripts in-person to the SAC Welcome Center, located in the Fletcher Administration Center (FAC) on the 2nd floor. Click here to view the campus map.
  
  
  
• Foreign transcripts will need to undergo credential evaluation. Please visit naces.org/members for accepted evaluation services.

Foreign High School Transcripts: Students may select a general evaluation/analysis*. 
Foreign College Transcripts: Students should select a course-by-course evaluation/analysis*.

* Service wording may vary by evaluation provider.

The Alamo Colleges District is now using Parchment to process transcript requests online.

Note: Transcripts are not printed on campus. All transcripts are printed and mailed from an off-site location after a request is made. For this reason, it is not possible to pick up a transcript in-person.

Please note that during peak transcript-request periods, the processing time for your transcript may be longer.

Students can request a Verification of Enrollment from MyHub for insurance, housing, daycare, jury duty, employment, loan deferment request, or military ID purposes. Students need to submit enrollment verification requests for each college where they are taking classes.

MyHub instructions:
   • Log in to MyHub using your ACES credentials
   • Click Self Service
   • Under "Download an Enrollment Certificate," select your school
   • Select “Current Enrollment Certificate”
   • Click “Download Certificate”
