Four out of five Alamo Colleges named a 2024 Most Promising Place to Work

St. Philip’s College, Northeast Lakeview College, San Antonio College, and Palo Alto College have been named a 2024 Most Promising Place to Work in Community Colleges by The National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development and Diverse: Issues in Higher Education.

This remarkable achievement builds on the Alamo Colleges District's recent Great Place to Work certification. These institutions are distinguished for their best practices in student and staff recruitment and retention, inclusive learning and working environments, and meaningful community service and engagement opportunities.
