The Office of Technology Services provides technical support and solutions to San Antonio College.

We offer services to all faculty, staff, and students through our Helpdesk and onsite support staff.  Our team can assist you with a wide range of solutions for technology-related issues such as basic computing problems, software and hardware issues, and password recovery

The Office of Technology Services (OTS) System Alerts Service is an alert-delivery method used to distribute timely information on major OTS services, unexpected outages, and maintenance schedules to the San Antonio College community.

Technical Support Zones & Staff

At San Antonio College, Technical Support is organized by a zoned service area. Each zone represents several buildings with a specific geographical location on the campus. A Zone leader and Zone staff are assigned to each zone.
