Special Update: COVID-19 Protocols

The Alamo Colleges District asks that employees follow the protocol as with any other sick leave request when taking time off if they test positive for COVID-19. Please work with your supervisor to make sure all leave is approved and documented.

Employees can check their leave balances at any time in ACES.

Students diagnosed with COVID-19 (and any other illnesses) should contact their instructors to make sick accommodations if necessary and appropriate.

Updated COVID-19 guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends people stay home and away from others for at least 24 hours after symptoms improve and no fever is present.
