  • full name and ACES ID
  • contact information (phone number and e-mail).
  • computer type and operating system (e.g., PC or Mac; Windows Version, Mac OSX Version, etc.)
  • type of internet connection (DSL, Cable, Fiber Optic, Wifi etc.)
  • info on primary browsers used (e.g., Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari).

Student ID Number Student ID numbers have been assigned to all SAC students for conducting College business including registering for classes and requesting transcripts. ID numbers are sometimes referred to as your "Banner Student ID".
Student Email Account All Students of San Antonio College are REQUIRED to maintain an email account through Alamo Colleges for use with all College-related business. Email can be accessed via our web portal – ACES.
ACES ACES is San Antonio College’s web portal that serves as the single point of entry for our systems and services. Not only does the portal allow access to Banner self-service modules, but it also forms a cohesive and flexible interface that supports the integration of other university systems such as Canvas, eLumen, etc.  For help on how to use your ACES click here.
