The Office of Technology Services delivers technical support and solutions to the San Antonio College community.
We assist faculty, staff, and students through our Helpdesk and on-site support team. Whether you're experiencing basic computer issues, software or hardware problems, or need help with password recovery, our team is here to help.

 

The Office of Technology Services (OTS) System Alerts Service is an alert-delivery method used to distribute timely information on major OTS services, unexpected outages, and maintenance schedules to the San Antonio College community.

Technical Support Zones & Staff

At San Antonio College, Technical Support is organized by a zoned service area. Each zone represents several buildings with a specific geographical location on the campus. A Zone leader and Zone staff are assigned to each zone.
