Good 2 Great/Future Search Overview

St. Philip's College is incorporating the Good 2 Great concepts into its efforts to transform the institution to a premier college. These efforts have been ongoing since May 2007; however, the COVID-19 pandemic has led St. Philip’s College to implement an evolution in its strategic planning.

The college has integrated a Future Search framework/process to create a bottom-up, collaborative, intentional and transparent strategic planning process.  This effort yields short/mid/long-term planning goals that allow flexibility and periodic reassessment in an increasingly dynamic educational environment.
